Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@lumaefit.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Items must be in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. We cover return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
